For deliveries within Switzerland, allow 5 to 12 days, and for shipments outside Switzerland, 10 to 20 days.

Our creations are handmade especially for you, and each piece requires between 1 and 2 days of work. This time can also vary depending on our fabric stock: if a replenishment is necessary, it takes between 4 and 7 additional days for the delivery of the materials by our supplier in Germany.

You have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange an item, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the return or exchange process.
